1. Etherium runs an EPGP loot system for all newer 10 man raids (toc/icc).
2. There is a two week trial period during which you will not receive any loot from 10 man raids unless no other present guild member needs it for main or off spec.
3. 25 mans are currently open rolls. If you are under the trial period you will not receive any loot unless you have the highest guild member roll to win over any pugs.
4. Know your class! This includes tanking and dps rotations or what heals you should be casting. If you ever have any questions it is YOUR responsibility to ask another guild member or to figure it out for yourself. If your performance drops and you can't keep up with other raiders, your raiding spot will not be guaranteed.
5. Don't cause a lot of drama in the guild as this will inevitably result in your separation from Etherium.
6. If you are assigned to a team or sign up for a raid, be there on time and ready to raid (ready to pull). If you can't make it please let someone know. Repeated no shows will result in removal from the assigned team.
7. We are currently in a transitional phase, but do plan on getting things set up and running smoothly by the end of January. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this period.
